This is an eco-based service project. 100% of proceeds go to The World Land Trust - US, a land conservancy charity.
Artist's Statement: Art has touched me deeply all of my life, and I have come to realize that is because beauty is a reflection of divinity. I create art because it connects me to my spiritual center, and the greater Mystery of the universe. My dearest hope is that my art will serve that same purpose for others, and inspire them to bring their gifts of service into the world.
Commissions: YES!
Art for YOUR Charities: I can provide art for your charitable events and fund-raisers. Revenue can be split between your venue and The Nature Conservancy, where I normally donate all of my proceeds.
Corporate Displays: Wonderful PR ! It’s a great way to demonstrate corporate citizenship and inspire awareness in others. I do murals as well as sculptures, masks, and wall art. Works can be purchased outright or displayed as temporary or permanent consignment exhibits.
I am Ann Kruglak, a local Boulder Colorado artist. I first started this service project as “Planet People: Art for Earth”, making masks from natural materials. That first phase of the project raised $9K for rainforest charities.
Now, a new phase, Mystic Dreamer Polymer Arts, is bursting forth! I’m using polymer clay, natural materials and glass to create masks, murals, wall hangings and objets dárts.
How It Started:
This service project originated through dreams, meditation and prayer, as do the specific designs. I open to the creative spirit and flow, inviting the piece’s own personality to emerge. I see this work as a cooperative effort between myself and the Earth, through the materials and guidance it provides. All proceeds go to charities that benefit humanity and the Earth.
How It Works:
Once I started the project, others were drawn to participate in many innovative ways. Some buy individual art works; some collect and donate raw materials; some sponsor exhibits or workshops or provide contacts for charitable art shows. Whatever the way, we are all opening new connections to one another and the earth. Join In!
